Revenue Sharing :
VSTL assures you that your customer will be treated in a professional manner and will be provided with one of India’s most comprehensive and best software systems.
As Dealer/Consultant/Business Associate of VSTL have potential to earn up to 40% per software or project gross revenue
Sample Revenue Sharing (Pro Reta):
5 % for a qualified lead
If you provide VSTL with a lead that produces a sale, VSTL will credit you with 10% of the total software sell, as per Pro - rate payment terms
Your Responsibilities:
You are supposed to provide all relevant information of potential client to VSTL with contact details to initiate sales call and help in deal finalize action
Our Responsibilities:
The VSTL team will contact the client and will finalize the deal.
20% for a qualified lead and implementation of software
For complete sales (including presentation, quotation, purchase order, installation charges) VSTL will credit you with 20% of the total software sell.
Your Responsibilities:
Facilitate client with final quotations, purchase order, VSTL’S generated invoice, etc as discussed with authorities of VSTL. Final installation charges have to be submitted to VSTL.
Our Responsibilities:
The VSTL Sales Department will contact client to fix up time for software installation. We will also provide necessary training (in-house or on-site) to client to its satisfaction.
30% for purchase order and installation with training
Complete sale, installment of software and initial training.
Your Responsibilities:
Complete sale, VSTL’s generated invoice to customer, installment of software, training as required that facilitate them to process their initial payroll. Provide Virmati Software & Telecommunications Ltd. with proof of the sale (e.g. a copy of the sales invoice) and contact us when the training is complete.
Our Responsibilities:
Once you have completed the training sessions, we will contact the client to assess their level of knowledge with the software. If they are sufficiently trained in order to process the software, we will credit you with 30% of the software sale. If the client is not comfortable with the level of training they have received, we'll arrange a meeting with you to see if we can enhance your level of training with respect to our software solutions. Otherwise, company has liberty to reduced sharing to 20% of the software sale.
